Sometimes, shipping carriers experience delays in updating tracking information.
If your tracking number shows no movement, here’s what you should know:
Step 1: Check the Last Tracking Update
Sometimes packages are scanned late, even if they are moving through the carrier’s system.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping email.
Past 24 hours: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly (UPS, USPS, FedEx) for an update.
Step 2: If No Movement for 15 Days
If your tracking shows no updates for 15 days from the last scan:
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number, they will assist you with opening a claim.
Important:
We cannot submit claims with our fulfillment partners until there has been 15 full days with no movement.
Step 3: How to Contact the Carrier Directly
UPS: ups.com/track
USPS: usps.com/manage
? Still no update after 15 days?
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number, and we’ll help move the claim process forward.
