We understand plans (and addresses) can change! Whether we can update your shipping address depends on where your order is in the fulfillment process.
If Your Order Has Not Shipped Yet:
We may still be able to help.
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible with:
Your order number
The full, corrected shipping address
If your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to update the address before it enters our 3rd party logistics (3PL) company.
If Your Order Is Already Sent To Our 3PL:
Once the order has been sent to our 3rd party logistics company, we’re no longer able to change the delivery address.
Here’s what you can do:
Use your carrier’s delivery tools to see if a self-service redirect is available:
UPS My Choice: ups.com/mychoice
FedEx Delivery Manager: fedex.com/delivery
USPS Informed Delivery: usps.com/manage
If the package cannot be redirected, it may be returned to sender. We’ll follow up with you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
What If It Was a Small Mistake?
Minor errors like missing apartment numbers or ZIP typos may still be deliverable.
