We know you're excited to receive your Más+ by Messi order, and we want to help you understand what to expect after checkout.

Here’s a breakdown of our standard shipping process and delivery timeline:

Order Processing Timeline

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2:00 PM CT
Sent to our fulfillment center the same day and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday before 11:00 AM CT
Processed same day and typically ship out on Monday.
Orders placed after the Friday cutoff or on weekends
Shipped the following Monday.

Note: Orders are only picked up by the shipping carrier Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time After Fulfillment

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you can expect it to arrive in:
3–5 business days on average, depending on your location.

Delivery Delays

During peak times or holidays, carriers may experience delays.
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, we can help investigate.
