Summary:
What to do if your tracking shows “Delivered” but your Más+ order isn’t found at your address.
Main Content:
Sometimes packages are marked "Delivered" by the carrier even though they haven't physically arrived yet.
Here’s what you should do if your tracking says delivered, but you don’t have your package:
Step 1: Check Around Your Home
Look around your front door, porch, garage, or any side entrances.
Carriers sometimes leave packages in secure or less visible areas.
Check with household members, building managers, or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery for you.
Step 2: Allow 1–2 Business Days
Some carriers may scan a package "Delivered" before it is actually dropped off.
In most cases, the package shows up within 1–2 days after the delivery scan.
Step 3: Contact the Carrier Directly
Reach out to the carrier with your tracking number to open a package trace or claim:
UPS: ups.com/track
USPS: usps.com/help/claims.htm
Step 4: Still Missing? We’re Here to Help
If the package still isn’t located after contacting the carrier, reach out to our Customer Care team.
Please provide your order number and any case number the carrier gives you.
We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
? Tip:
Packages delivered to large apartment complexes, businesses, or PO Boxes may experience additional routing time internally. Always check with your mailroom or front desk if applicable!
