All Más+ by Messi orders are considered final sale, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. That said, if there’s a problem with your order, we want to know about it.

Our team will always do our best to review and resolve any reported issues with care.


How to Report a Problem

If something seems wrong with your order:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 45 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue

Once received, we’ll review your message and follow up with the best next steps.
