We get it — it happens! If you accidentally submitted two Más+ by Messi orders, here’s what to do next:


If Your Orders Haven’t Shipped Yet:

We may still be able to help cancel one of them.

  • Contact our Customer Care team right away

  • Provide both order numbers

  • Let us know which one you’d like to cancel

If the orders haven’t been submitted to our 3rd party logistics company, we’ll do our best to stop the duplicate before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation once cancellation is complete.


If Both Orders Have Already Shipped:

Once your orders have been sent to the 3rd party logistics provider, we’re unable to cancel them.
You have a few options:

  • Accept the duplicate (customers have gifted the extra!)

  • Refuse delivery when the package arrives

  • Contact us once you receive both orders and we’ll explore options depending on the condition and timing

Please note: If both packages are delivered, we’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Opened product is not eligible for return.


How to Avoid This in the Future:

  • Wait a few moments after hitting “Place Order” — duplicate clicks can happen during high traffic

  • Check your email for a confirmation before placing another order

  • Reach out to Customer Care if you're unsure whether your order went through
